Personal Training: Personal trainer supervised workout.
Your trainer will take you through a series of exercises designed to reach your
goals.
Buddy Training: Personal training with a friend of
the same fitness level. Your trainer will take you through a series of
exercises designed to reach your goals.
Workout Program: Your trainer will build you a
workout program designed just for you. Your program will contain the all the
details you require to enjoy a safe and effective workout. Your program will
have pictures and clear explanations of how to perform your exercises
correctly. You will receive your program by email and can print and save it to
use again. You may have to purchase a Fitness Assessment first so your trainer
can properly personalize your training.
Fitness Assessment: Assessment designed to identify the
appropriate corrective exercises, training levels and long term goals. Your
trainer then uses this information to create your yearly fitness plan and your
quarterly exercise plan. Your Assessment fee may be waived with the purchase of
5 or more sessions.
